For
the more energetic, Barbados has wonderful sports
facilities, whether playing or watching. There are several
golf courses including the world famous Sandy Lane and the
newly opened southern golf course where you can play and
hire clubs as well. Tennis courts are available, many with
floodlights so you can play in the cool evening air. If you
prefer to watch, cricket matches are played
every weekend during the season at numerous grounds island wide and
you would be welcomed along to enjoy the game. |

There's
a lot to do in the evening as well, with a large selection of
restaurants and bars, some with live music. Here you can enjoy
a meal either in a quiet relaxing way or get into the party
mood as you eat. You can
visit one of the many night clubs too and dance the night away
to the sounds of the Caribbean. But
if all this sounds too stressful, you can relax by the pool or
on a white sandy beach and bask in the sun, swim in the
turquoise blue sea and enjoy an ice cool drink at a beachside
bar.
